Our Youth Online Service (YOL) provides support and intervention to clients between the ages of 12-24 years with mild to moderate mental health issues.

Clients can access support, counselling and psychotherapy online through telehealth and the service is free.

Our YOL clinicians are registered health professionals, with the skills and experience to assist clients in need of short-term, mental well-being support including for stress, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, life adjustments, eating and body image issues and more.

Accessing YOL

You can self-refer to the YOL service, using our online referral form.

Please note you may be required to undergo a brief assessment by phone to determine that our service is right for you.

The YOL service is offered primarily online through telehealth options - this may be by phone, video, text and email, our aim is to be flexible to make the service as easy to access as possible.

Many clients appreciate accessing our service in the comfort of their own home, while some will talk to us while at school, on a walk, or even parked up in a comforting location.

What happens after I am referred?

Once the referral has been received, you will be contacted by one of the clinical team to book in a time for your first appointment. Please make sure to have both your own phone number and email on the referral form.

Two of our Youth Clinicians whom you could work alongside are Jenni and Allie. Our Team | West Coast Health
